Spot the Issue #1

I am going to do a series of these, in each one I am going to post a GML code that has a problem. Your job is to spot the issue and PM me the fixed code, I will then add your username to the list of people who solved the problem. When I release the next issue, I will reveal the answer.

Okay then, the problem with the code was that instance_destroy doesn't accept any arguments, instead use a with(OBJECT) statement to destroy another object.
