sunny Have you ever wondered when the day will come when we can control the weather? Well we can make it rain as of now, before to long we will be able to do more.

Certain companies will charge land rights and charge people for good weather. They'll be forced by the EPA to regulate somewhat, but for the most part, poor people will get bad weather.
